With over a decade of experience in Front-End Architecture, I have dedicated my career to a simple but powerful mission: ensuring the web belongs to everyone. As an Accessibility Advocate, I’ve partnered with global giants like Microsoft and Acquia to build digital experiences that prioritize equity and usability.
My career began with a mission: to showcase the "Beauty of the Web." Starting as a Microsoft Student Partner and later a Technology Evangelist, I worked on high-profile initiatives like the IE9 launch, helping developers realize the potential of modern browser standards. This early immersion in evangelism taught me that technology is only as powerful as its accessibility and reach.
I transitioned into the Open Source world, joining Axelerant to master the Drupal Stack, before moving to Acquia. At Acquia, I evolved from a Front-End Developer to a Senior Demo Engineer, where I translated complex enterprise requirements into high-impact technical solutions for global stakeholders.
Today, I serve as the Country Manager for Bitbase India. After joining the bbg bitbasegroup as a Front-End Architect. I spearheaded the establishment of our Indian Offshore Development Center, where I lead the strategic expansion of our offshore development centers. Based in Srinagar, I bridge the gap between European engineering standards and India’s top-tier technical talent. My focus is on scaling high-performing teams across .NET, Mobile, and Web technologies, all while maintaining the core values of inclusive design and operational excellence.
Whether I am speaking on a stage at Conference or architecting a multi-national team or selecting speakers for conference as track chair, I am driven by the belief that technology should empower, not exclude.
Bitbase India
In a strategic move to scale the bbg bitbasegroup’s global delivery capabilities, I spearheaded the establishment and launch of Bitbase India as a direct subsidiary. Transitioning from a technical architect to an executive leader, I took on the responsibility of building our Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Srinagar from the ground up. This wasn't just a business expansion; it was a mission to bridge the gap between German engineering standards and India’s premier technical talent.

bbg bitbase group GmbH
I joined the bbg bitbase group GmbH in Germany as a Front-End Architect. My mission was clear: to deliver world-class performance and architectural stability across the group’s most ambitious large-scale projects. In this role, I served as the technical visionary for the user interface, ensuring that every digital product we built was not only visually stunning but also technically flawless and optimized for global traffic.
Drawing on my years of experience with enterprise systems and the "Beauty of the Web," I focused on:
- Performance Engineering: Implementing cutting-edge front-end strategies to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth interactions on massive data-driven platforms.
- Modular UI Systems: Building scalable, reusable component libraries that allowed our development teams to move faster without sacrificing quality or accessibility.
- German Engineering Precision: Aligning my technical approach with the high-quality standards expected of the German tech market, bridging the gap between innovative design and robust engineering.
Working on complex projects for major European clients, I spearheaded the technical direction for front-end teams, ensuring that our architectures were future-proof. This role allowed me to deeply understand the bitbasegroup's culture and operational needs, which ultimately became the catalyst for our strategic expansion into India.
Acquia Inc
In January 2021, I made a strategic move to the Acquia Pre-Sales Department as a Lead Demo Engineer. Joining the global Solution Engineering team, I shifted my focus from long-term implementation to rapid-prototyping and high-impact problem solving. My role was to sit at the intersection of business and technology—deeply understanding the unique pain points of global prospects and architecting custom digital solutions to solve them.
Working alongside the Sales and Solution Architecture teams, I was responsible for building "Visionary Demos." These were not just technical proofs; they were fully realized, high-fidelity digital experiences that proved how the Acquia Open Digital Experience Platform (DXP) could transform a prospect's business.
- Discovery: Analyzing complex technical ecosystems of Fortune 500 prospects.
- Solutioning: Creating bespoke front-end architectures that integrated the entire Acquia stack (Drupal, CDP, Personalization, and DAM).
- Impact: My work directly supported the global sales cycle, providing the technical confidence needed for executives to invest in multi-million dollar digital transformations.
As part of a world-class global team, I navigated diverse technical landscapes across different industries, from Healthcare and Finance to Retail and Media. This role sharpened my ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, a skill that has become foundational to my current executive leadership.
Acquia
In 2018, I was promoted to Senior Front-End Developer. In this leadership capacity, I managed a team of developers and acted as a technical bridge between Acquia and its strategic partners, including global systems integrators like HCL. I led cross-functional teams to deliver unified digital platforms, focusing on mentorship, code quality, and the implementation of modular front-end libraries.
Acquia
Joining Acquia marked my entry into the highest tier of enterprise web development. As a Front-End Developer, I was responsible for architecting digital experiences for Fortune 500 companies, where I specialized in creating high-performance, secure, and accessible interfaces. My work during this period was defined by a commitment to Section 508 and WCAG standards, ensuring that global digital properties were inclusive by design.
I played a key role in delivering high-end Federal projects, which demanded a rigorous approach to security and architectural integrity. Navigating the complexities of government-scale digital transformation, I ensured that these platforms remained resilient under extreme traffic loads while providing seamless user experiences.
